pleasant stay but room for improvement
The room was beautifully decorated and provided great comfort for my husband and me. The friendliness of the staff made our experience even better and the cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.

Savannah's culinary scene hit the spot! The Lady and Sons served up some mouthwatering Southern comfort food, and I couldn’t resist stopping at Leopold's Ice Cream for their legendary scoops. Plus, the hotel's breakfast might not be gourmet, but it’s solid enough to kickstart your day! The location also rocks—you can stroll to nearby attractions with ease.
The wait for check-in was a bit of a hassle, with only one person at the desk as we rolled in at 4 PM. The lobby felt cramped too, making it tough for guests trying to maneuver with their bags.

Our group vacation was a blast! We chilled at the rooftop pool and loved the location, making it easy to hit nearby spots. We enjoyed the escape room at The new Escape Company on Congress Street and grabbed drinks at the lively bar. Breakfast was solid with tons of options, perfect for fueling our adventures.
We did have one hiccup with valet service. they accidentally brought us the wrong car once. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it was a little frustrating.

Great location right across from the river. Easy stroll to local shops and restaurants. Friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. My room felt comfy with nice pillows, and it was spotless, which I truly appreciated. The rooftop pool offered fantastic views and was a nice spot to relax after exploring. Breakfast had decent options but could use a bit more variety, especially for fruit. The only downside was the wait at check-in. only one person at the desk when we arrived. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely return again!

Just a fitting option for a short stint in Savannah with great value for money. The staff were polite, but the room keys kept malfunctioning, which was annoying. Make sure to double-check your keys before heading to your room.
